Preserve Me!

CDs and DVDs turned to be one of those that preserve me, these collages was inspired by the reflective quality of the object.  

Outcome never turned out the same as the drawings... which I like.  

the OBJECT of the PATTERN PLAY!

FInally! this is the object of my PATTERN PLAY! 

The outcome is not exactly how I've drawn it. I like making surprises to myself; taking elements from my collages, playing with materials i've chosen and let the materials speak for my drawings. 

So, I've created series of objects, for the wearer to play! and wear it as you wish!

This is how my lecturer - Kirsten Haydon likes it at the assessment. :)

Collages of the PATTERN PLAY!

After creating a 'mood board' I would usually produce drawings or collages inspired by the 'board', before I actually make the actual object. These two are my best collages of the bunch, I've created pages of them, i can't scan them all. *will post the object in the next post. 

PATTERN PLAY!

Here I was creating some kind of a 'mood' for a project. I found that scanning random objects together captures amazing details, colours and forms.
